We are still shipping & delivering fresh watches to your wrist, but COVID-19 has caused us to amend some of our shipping & delivery procedures. Our warehouse is operating with less staff on site so orders can take up to an extra 48 hours to be dispatched. Please keep this in mind if you're ordering for a specific occasion and need your order by a certain date.
Additionally, the Australia Post network is under pressure with the surge in online orders as you are likely already aware. You will receive a tracking number with your order so you can keep an eye on the journey. Please allow for some minor delays in the postal network during this period.
For pre-orders we will keep you updated on stock as it arrives. There are delays for us getting stock in due to less flights and much higher congestion at customs clearance. Please be patient with us during this time as we look to fulfill pre-orders as quickly as humanly possible!
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Whilst we work hard to ensure all orders are sent out within 24 hours, however during busy periods i.e launches, sales, Christmas etc, this may be extended to 48 hours. If you’d like an update on your order status, get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
If an order needs to be changed or cancelled after being processed, please contact us immediately via email or LiveChat through our site. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.
If your order is being sent to a business address, please include the company name on the order as this makes it much easier for Australia Post to deliver to the correct location.
Parcels which are rejected by the receiver or have an incorrect address may result in the parcel being returned to sender. On the instance that this may happen, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in ($AUD) Australian Dollars. We offer a currency converter on the top left hand side of the site for international customers.

If you obtain a discount voucher and do not receive it via email, please check your spam folder or junk email as they can be redirected there. All International parcels are shipped via DHL. Please note: Uncle Jack cannot be held liable for any import duties, customs fees or taxes that may be incurred on the delivery of your order at your selected country. Delivery delays can occur through customs processes which is out of our control.
