Are the watches waterproof?
Each of our watches has a waterproof classification ranging from 3ATM - 10ATM. You will find the classification on each product page. Please find details below:
5ATM - Waterproof. Generally fine to be submerged in water for short periods of time. Not suitable for beach swimming or water sports.
10ATM - Waterproof. Go for gold.
How can I look after my straps and bands?
To keep your straps in good condition we recommend:
Avoid the leather strap coming into contact with water and moisture, oils, perfumes or cosmetics as this can deteriorate the lifespan of the leather.
Avoid over-exposure to extreme heat & moisture.
Shipping & Delivery
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Whilst we work hard to ensure all orders are shipped out within 24 hours, during busy periods this may be extended to 48 hours.
- VIC: 2-5 days
- NSW/SA/ACT: 3-6 days
- QLD/TAS: 3-7 days
- WA/NT: 3-9 days
- Next Business day for all CBD areas excluding WA and NT and rural areas. 2-3 business days needs to be given for WA/NT and rural parcels.
- Note: orders are dispatched at 8.30am every morning for Next Day delivery.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We ship with DHL International and Australia Post.
- Shipping times are usually 5-8 days on average
- Can take between 10-15 business days via Regular Post. Express options are available to some countries.
Can I change my order and/or address once it has been placed?
Please check your confirmation email once the order has been placed. If an order needs to be changed or cancelled after being processed, please contact us immediately. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email email@example.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.
Exchanges & Returns
What is your exchange/returns policy?
Uncle Jack offers a 14-day return policy after the item(s) has been shipped from our warehouse.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange within this period, your product must be:
- In the same condition as sold (plastic clip intact and clear screen on watch dial) with the original box
- You must have proof of purchase (Order # & Name)

How long is your warranty period?
Uncle Jack offers a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty
What is covered by the warranty?
Any errors caused by the manufacturing of the watches such as defects will be covered by warranty.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Our 1 year warranty does not include any damage caused to the watch through everyday use eg. dropping your watch, bumps, wear and tear etc.
Our warranty does not include the watch battery.
The manufacturer’s warranty also does not include general ‘wear and tear’ to the watch strap.
Our Leather Range is not covered by warranty from water damage. Our NATO Range is covered by warranty from water damage for activities under the 5ATM classification.
How do I make a warranty claim if I believe there is an issue with my watch?
If you believe there is an issue or fault with your watch, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, order number and a detailed description.
