The Customer Experience Co-ordinator plays an important role in our business in ensuring that our customers have great experiences with the brand. We've built a fresh brand that prides itself on providing a seamless experience for our customers.
You'll build on the foundation we've already laid & add your own touch of spice.
Some of the responsibilities include;
🔥 Responding to customer inquiries via email & social media
🔥 Managing customer returns
🔥 Liaising with our warehouse team
🔥 Arranging replacement items to be sent
🔥 Identifying ways we can improve or tweak our customer experience
The role is a casual position. You'll be working with us at HQ 3 days per week, for 3 hours per day (9 hours per week). We're pretty flexible in terms of hours, as long as it's between the office hours of 8am - 4pm.
We're looking to get someone in pretty quickly (two weeks or less).
