Got Some Extra Time This Weekend?
Winter has officially started (if you're in the Southern hemisphere that is). And if you're in Melbourne like us, you're facing another weekend at home. Either way, now is a good time to get cosy on that couch and enjoy some of the cinematic delights Netflix has to offer. That's why we've taken the opportunity to put together some of our top shows to watch on Netflix Australia.
Here's our picks:
Army Of The Dead
Halston
Following the story of the legend himself, Roy Halston, as he quickly rose to fame in the fashion industry. Set in New York in the 70s and 80s, an era where luxury, sex, fame and status were king, there is bound to be some jaw dropping drama. We also hear the wardrobe alone is a good reason to binge watch this series.
This Is A Robbery: The World's Biggest Art Heist
This one got our attention. Who doesn't love a true crime thriller? Two men dressed as cops managed to steal over half a billion dollars worth of art from a Boston Museum. What the??? This will be worth a watch as this still unsolved mystery has unexpected twists and turns that will leave you floored.
Formula 1: Drive To Survive (Season 3)
We've all been impacted by COVID and the Formula 1 is no different. This action packed third season shows the rivalries, titles and all the drama from 2020. We can't wait to check out the behind the scenes of what really happened last year from the dramatic halt in Australia to the reboot in Austria.
Start Up
Here is one to binge on as Netflix just dropped all three seasons of this tech crime thriller at once. Set in Miami, there's unregulated digital currency, money laundering and corrupt FBI agents...a perfect storm for some real drama!
